Meet our team!
“Two clinicians who understand service, hardship, and the work of building a stronger life. We combine real-world experience with evidence-based care — especially for veterans, first responders, and those ready to move forward.”
Bradley Kubat
Bradley Kubat, LMHC, SUDP
Founder & Clinician | Army Combat Veteran
Bradley is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Substance Use Disorder Professional with over seven years of clinical experience. As a U.S. Army Cavalry Scout, he completed three combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan and was awarded two Purple Hearts. That lived experience shapes the way he works with clients — especially veterans, first responders, and anyone carrying the weight of trauma or high-stress service.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan and dual master’s degrees in Mental Health Counseling and Addiction Studies from Eastern Washington University. His clinical internship was completed at the Spokane Vet Center. Bradley draws from evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered therapy, while keeping the work practical, collaborative, and focused on building real self-reliance.
Bradley lives in Spokane Valley with his wife and three children. He founded Renegade Healing Co to create a place where people who have faced hardship can do deeper work and move forward with greater strength and clarity.

Healing starts with a single step. Let’s take it together.
Sean Bainbridge, LMHCA
Clinician | Marine Corps Veteran
Sean is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate with a strong focus on supporting veterans, first responders, and individuals navigating life transitions and trauma. A United States Marine Corps veteran, he brings firsthand understanding of the challenges that come with military service, stress, identity, and the difficulty of asking for help.
Before becoming a counselor, Sean earned a degree in kinesiology and worked as a personal trainer and football coach. Those experiences shaped his belief that mental and physical health are deeply connected. He later completed his master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Eastern Washington University, where he trained primarily with veterans at the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center in Spokane.
Sean’s approach is compassionate, straightforward, and collaborative. He draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Person-Centered counseling, always adapting the work to fit the person in front of him. His goal is to create a space where clients feel understood and leave with greater clarity, capability, and direction.
Sean lives in the Spokane area with his wife and is glad to be part of the Renegade Healing Co team.
